The Radial Coreflex Holster is built specifically for appendix carry (AIWB). We've carefully selected and tested each component to provide the maximum versatility, comfort, and concealment for the end user.

Fits the following models: Smith & Wesson M&P 9/40 2.0. This holster will work with the 4", 3.6", 4.25", and 5" barrel lengths. Does NOT work with 10MM.

Fully adjustable concealment claw works in tandem with the shock cord connection to pull the grip of your handgun tighter against your body to eliminate obvious printing.

The spare magazine side of the holster has a slightly canted angle to allow for a quicker and more natural access.

The spare magazine carrier features a built in concealment structure on the face of magazine designed to pull the spare magazine tighter into the body to eliminate printing.

Reinforcement ridges are strategically placed throughout the holsters design, effectively preventing your holster from stress fracturing or breaking with extended use.

This Coreflex has an open ended design to allow for threaded barrels and comps (as long as they aren't wider than the exterior dimensions of the slide).

Comfortable and conceals so well

I'm really happy with this Holster. The XMacro has a longer grip than my glock 43x so I was worried about printing. This holster works super well though, and keeps the grip of my firearm close to my stomach which means little to no printing. Very comfortable. I am super happy with this product!

Fits great

Had to add some padding on the bottom edge since it really hits the junk. Other than that it works great. I can appendix or hip carry with it as needed.

Better than the Big Names

I took a chance on Radial and I'm glad I did. Not only did I save about $50 over the Big Names with the same features, but got it WAY faster than the weeks it would take for the others.Setup came perfect. Didn't need to raise or lower anything. I did try, but it wasn't worth it. Which leads to the ONLY complaint I have. The highest part of the wing is too sharp. It should be smooth like the bottom part of it. The sharp corner digs into your knuckles if you decide to ride the holster one hole lower, or the lowest hole.If you're wondering about quality, it's the exact same as the Big Names. I really liked it comes with aluminium finishing washers and not plastic ones.I'm not sure why more people aren't carrying Radial, but they should. I gambled and bought 2. They both are great.

Not for Shield Plus

Holster was excellent and comfortable.Does not fit a Shield Plus magazine… it does say so if you fully read the description.
