SHIPPING LEAD TIMES

Free Standard Shipping across the United States on all orders over $89.

Our specialized processes allow us to offer extremely short lead times. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of the date of purchase. To help meet customer needs, we offer a variety of shipping options. Radial Innovations ships primarily through USPS for domestic orders. If you prefer to use a specific carrier such as UPS or Fedex, please CONTACT US. Our shipping department is closed on the weekends and on federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will require an additional 2-3 business days to complete your holster build.


RETURN POLICY

Because our holsters are custom made to customer specifications, Radial Innovations employs a more stringent return/cancellation policy. Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of the time of purchase. After 24 hours your order moves to material processing and production. Order cancellations made after this 24 hour period are subject to a 50% cancellation fee due to incurred labor and material costs associated with your order. Custom holsters can be returned within 30 days of purchase, but are subject to the same 50% fee. In order to qualify for a return, your holster must be in brand new condition. Holsters that show signs of use will not be accepted for return since they cannot be resold. To begin the return process, please complete the Return Authorization Form at the bottom of this page.

UNLIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Radial Innovations proudly and confidently extends a lifetime warranty with every holster purchase. We guarantee our holsters against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. We stand firmly behind the first-class materials, quality craftsmanship, and durability of our holsters. Our warranty is no gimmick. If you experience any issues with your holster after purchase, reach out and we will make sure that you are taken care of. The unlimited lifetime warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to natural wear (cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product), loss, or theft. Everything else we've got you covered.

The warranty process works like this:

1. Send a picture and description of the damaged holster to support@radialusa.com.

2. We'll review your email and arrange to have your damaged holster sent back to our facility.

3. We'll send out your replacement holster or any needed replacement parts (pocket-clip, claw, etc.)

It's that easy. There isn't really a need for more than three steps.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM

Please complete and submit the Return Authorization Form below. Once we receive your completed Return Authorization Form, you will receive an email including your Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Any holster returned for refund or warranty consideration must have an assigned return authorization number. You will need to include this number with your returned holster in order to receive a refund or warranty service. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@radialusa.com.
